Our Focus

Our focus is running martial arts fitness programmes for all by providing professional, high quality tuition. All levels of experience are catered for, from the beginners programme with age specific classes, to the experienced martial artist.

Our Academies

Following the success of our Lincoln Academy, our state of the art Academy in Scunthorpe opened in September 2007.

Instructors

The 7KS Chikara network of physical arts instructors is headed by Jez Hall, Master Instructor.

Sessions for adults and children are taught in a structured, safe and professional manner, by CRB checked male and female instructors.

Events

In addition to coaching sessions, we host numerous events, demonstration classes, exhibitions, and Kickboxing shows. We also offer a range of courses such as ‘keep safe’and anti– bullying for children.
